Delivery of products


Delivery of the products will take place within 24-48 hours of the order confirmation. Upon delivery of the package to the courier company's representative, the Buyer will be notified by email. From that point on, the 24-48 hour period will come into force.


The orders confirmed from Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 16.00 will be prepared and handed over to the courier company's representative on the same day, depending on the time available to the Seller.


Due to the conditions imposed by the courier company, the Buyer is not allowed to open the package until after the signature of the receipt and the payment of the counterfeit.


If parcels show visible damage on receipt, we recommend that the Buyer refuse to receive them and immediately report this incident by e-mail to contact@radiomall.ro. Any subsequent complaints about these issues will be void and will not be considered.


If the delivery or delivery times of the order can not be met, the Seller will notify the Buyer and will notify the Buyer of the estimated delivery time. If the new delivery date will not be accepted by Buyer, the order will be canceled.


If the information provided by the Buyer in connection with the delivery is incomplete or incorrect, the Seller does not guarantee the observance of the delivery terms. If within 24 hours the Buyer does not correct the information to establish a new delivery term, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.


Delivery by fast courier - DPD



The cost of transport is 19 lei, VAT included, regardless of the product and their number.


The courier undertakes to contact the buyer in advance by phone (SMS) to communicate the time interval within which delivery of the order to the address will be attempted.


If the Buyer will not be found at the specified delivery address, within the timeframe, the courier will contact the Buyer to determine the details of a new delivery. If the delivery is not carried out in the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to the Seller and the order will be canceled. If the Buyer can not be contacted by Curier, the order will be held at the courier's local warehouse for 5 business days before returning to the Seller.


The buyer can re-place that order, and will bear the cost of the previous shipment (roundtrip) and the cost of a new delivery in advance, by methods communicated directly by the Seller's representatives (bank transfer, O.P. etc).


Fast courier delivery - Fan Courier

Return policy


Buyer has the right to renounce the products purchased on the Site, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, in accordance with the provisions of OUG 34/2014 on the protection of consumers in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.


Buyer will be able to request to change the product without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of the physical possession of the product. In case of requesting a product that is more expensive, the Buyer will pay the price difference. If a cheaper product is requested, the price difference will not be refunded.


In all cases of return or replacement of products, the shipping costs for the return or replacement will be borne by the Buyer.


If a product other than the one ordered or other specifications (different brand, different model, etc.) is sent, the shipping charges will be borne by the Seller.


Seller will only send the requested product for return after the Buyer has returned the product originally purchased. Disclaimer of purchase or replacement will occur within 30 days of return and under the following conditions:


- products must be returned sealed;


- the condition of the products must be the same, have not been used or show no wear marks,


- the product must be shipped with all the related and intact accessories in the condition they were shipped by the Seller.


Otherwise, Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge a fee for bringing the products to a condition of sale.


In case of return of products subject to card payments, in the case of reimbursement of certain amounts on the card, these will be reflected on the card or the client's account within 1-30 days after the plationline confirmation.


The buyer has the right to opt only once for returning or replacing a product. Repeated cancellation will be considered abusive and the Seller has the right to block the access to the account involved in abuse with immediate, temporary or permanent effect.
